No job security,no limit of work hours on daily besis,poor management and full off politics, otherwise company policy and owner is best .

No limit of work hour in daily besis after that no leaves no Sunday no comp off.and mainly very poor management with full of politics that's why I am resigned my job.

Very horrible because off working hours 9 am to 11 pm on 7 day no any leaves.In whole year we mate only 10 leaves .

There is lot of politics in reporting manager .the sinior management not adress our issue and problems. Top management system is healthy and suporting . But project reporting team not supportive .
