Nothing to like apart from the fact they pay salary on time if your salary is not stopped by mgmt. (which happens every month).

Dislikes

No work life balance, no job security, abusive, harrasing culture. You will be abused and made to feel like crap every step. Even if you are doing things right. Management(owner) thinks she is a market leader and know it all. She even steals your leads.

I would say not a great experience since the machine workers ( as they are old employees) are the ones who are doing the role of HR and they love to deduct or mark people absent whenever they feel like and since there is no biometric system so huge corruption and if questioned you are asked to leave but not the 10th machine operator

Too many things No one stays in the company for 1-2 or 3 months maximum There is no culture of working

Integrity issues big time, the management is centered at one person ..n that person has no integrity and work n professional values....levying cases against employees, not giving basic appointments letters, increments due for years, not paying salaries for months under the pretext of business not up to the mark and not even doing full n final for the 100 percent of the employees...not paying reimbursements n dues and worst is the job insecurity n instability...can be chucked out within hours before any notice, intimation and settlement of dues salaries.......Read More
