1. Work-Life Balance: Forget about your personal life when you join this organisation. Please brace yourself to work for 7 days during the week with no benefit. And at last the organisation says that the work you do is useless to them. 2. Salary: You do get paid salary but only on 10th of the next working month. There are cases whenthe salary hits your bank account after 15th of the next working month. There are many days when you beg the Management for your own hard earned salary. 3. Job Security: Ha Ha Ha, this one is a good joke in this organisation. The management can easily remove people in the organisation if you are not ready in listening to harsh, rude, unparliamentary, words from the DIRECTOR. Be ready in losing your shame and self-respect when you talk with the DIRECTOR. 4. Company Culture: There is no culture in this organisation. All you need to do is to work for 24*7 hours and still get disrespected. 5. About Director: He is an hot headed person. He uses rude words always while talking. He asks you to work for 7 days a week and doesn't let you take leaves. Once you drop your notice you would be treated like nothing with no respect, reporting on a hourly basis and get scolded continuously for no reason. Be ready to experience a lot of misery in the final days in this organisation as you need to literally beg them for their time and exit documents.
