The 1st thing which I don't like is 6 days working with More than 9hrs every day with any incentive pay. Actually work culture need to improve lot. Policies also need to work on it. Supervisor was not encouraged for career growth.

There’s nothing to like about Arteria. No work life balance, bad culture, no hike. Feels like a jail.

They treat people like robots. No work life balance, no promotions, worst culture, no hike, no variable. You should not think about joining Arteria Technologies Private Limited.

Kuch Nahi... It's sin to work here. Damaging your morale and ethics.... Slavery at the highest. Government should ban this company and jail founders for unethical and inhuman approach.

Most biased company. Only for top class bootlicker. No policy. No equal rights. No gender balance. Toxic culture. No employees activities. Seven days work. No overtime. No compulsory off if you work on weekends. Extreme level of micromanage. They even note how many times you go for poo or tea. No HR is here. No career growth. Attrition rate is more than 50%. Seniors do not support. Seniors are not helping to learn. No training. Lowest salary. No increment. Three years bond. Poor management. Bad hr tactics. They do not give reliving letters. Lots of complaint pending.
