I think there is always room for growth and improvement"

Despite my long-standing and commendable service, I am now being asked to resign. This comes as a shock, especially considering that there were discussions about my promotion. Instead, I have been demoted without any explanation, while a junior colleague has been promoted without clear justification.

Work pressure is too much higy but it's good bcz it's improved ur learning growth and skills

Really glad to Thax Dr sandhu, Tiger of the Hospital , Dr Deblina Best lady of the hospital . But lower level senior treating their junior staff like "Gulam" specially Patients care department Mrs Neelam Duggal, Mrs Charu Sinha, both ladies are taking every professional things in personal way and after that they started mentally tortured to their junior employees

Work Details

All over experience was Good . I learnt everything not to give you any opportunity to learnt but have to take self initiative. Work life was quite fine. Senior was not good in lower Level high level management was excellent.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
