Unorganized management, due to which employees suffer a lot. Management just used to play passing the ball while taking decisions. And most importantly, the salary delay. Without asking for the salary, they will not pay you. Every employee has to ask salary to HR and directors, then only it will be released. And that too they will pay according to your requirements of work. If there is no work pending with you, then you won't get salary. If they are having work with you or there is no option/replacement for the work, then they will pay. Very bad working culture. Every employee just used to talk about salary every day. The work environment is too negative. Employees have to surrender work for getting paid. It is my own experience of many years and won't courage/refer anyone to join this organization....Read More

I did not left the company but NHAI has written to the company for minimizing the staff as concessionaire M/S L&T has withdrawal the work and asked to keep only one R.E. and three more staff.Accordingly company asked to conclude my services immediately.In pursuance to that I submitted my resignation but company did not paid my salary of 4 months. Also company did not paid the salary of other staff for 2 to 3 months.I do not want to work with such fraud company....Read More
