Management of the company is worst. RSM, ZSM, CSM level people are supportive but MD CEO and Business Head are the worst who doesn't support anyone down the line for their better opportunity. They just know how to trouble thier employees by any mean, by holding thier salary, by giving them superficial targets, by troubling them to loose better opportunity of the markets.

Dislikes

The people in new management. They should know that, company is not good or bad, the management who runs, are good or bad. Currently the MD CEO - Vipin Jain, doesn't aware about the internal politics which may leads to loose so many good opportunities of their employees whom they should support in this bad time.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
