Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policy are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn,t address our issues.

The atmosphere was very awesome..Nd everybody in arrow they will support u nd guide u... Lots.....Nd wonderful experience I have been ever....Love u arrow Xpress solution.....Nd I got lots of things from arrow..

I have only one reason for this..The salary was not good for me... So I just left from arrow....

I was working in arrow as a customer service executive (attending the calls, reverting on mail, sending the daily basis MIS to the customer...Etc)...

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
