Given ththe career opportunities I got, it was a great place, team meetings, outbounds were great. Though you need to be a all round to work here, as you might hold a certain position but will have to do everything that comes your way.

Dislikes

Too much politics, no work life balance, working hours and weekends are mostly spent doing something or the other. Though a lot of training’s happen, there is no clear path of skill development. A lot of incapable people are holding top positions, that spoils the working culture. Company’s vision is way different from its ground reality, people need to come and have a close look as to what is actually happening in the regions and cities....Read More

Exciting at first, got very good growth opportunities. Work culture changed with changing bosses, I was too committed too my work, happy with the brand, but couldn’t deal with the growing politics our regional manager brought in, had to succumb n resign
