For them the company's gossip is the most important and the company's business is second to none.They are very fond of money and boastful. There will be no benifits only stress.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
