Gives attractive packages but lot of money in rotational basis due to traveling which is not refunded on time

The work culture is beyond horrible. We sit at office till night 2 pm with tremendous pressure. The current manager at Chennai might create another similar EY story, the way he is putting pressure on the team. He doesn't care about weekends or even leaves taken for death ceremony of family, he will make sure you do not have life outside office.

As an intern you can learn many things there in any field you want to do job and you can learn about different processes of different departments.

Many of the senior employees are diploma passout and they are at higher positions and do not take their work seriously and give them to their junior and they are looking for some interns.

No work life balance . Very bad for growth as well. Forget your personal life. Very stagnant. Low pay you will literally get just 50 thousand in your account coming out of NIT & IIT and no it will not increase just maybe 10 k a year increase. Also expect coming on Sunday as well in the name of incentives. The alpha that you get is based on your leave attendance which means you can’t even take the mandatory leaves that the company has assigned. Also no switch can be made inter department. Ironically people from private colleges like Thapar get comfortable departments like supply chain and IIIT’s have to work as line incharge and you have no say in it. They will not change anything. In Maruti Suzuki India Ltd, we get multiple opportunities for upgrading our skills. Regular sessions, activities and events are planned. Responsibilities are given in such a way that we are able to work upon our weak areas and are able to learn new things.

Work life balance is not here. Usually I open my laptop at 7 AM to download reports & data, and my day ends at 7:30 - 8:00 PM. Month end is more hectic.
