Management is not clear on the vision of the company. They hire people like crazy and they will not utilise the talent or domain expertise. The day to day work depends on the mood of the manager. Sometimes, manager will be upset and he will yell at the people. Sometimes it will be cool approach. Mood of the management is unpredictable. I joined as a Angular Developer, I worked 3 month in this company. I found all are fake people. I found few bad thing while working with this organisation. 1. Salary deductions every month 2. Startup for software development 3. Fake promises 4. Asked for one day resign I highly recommend, don’t join it’s west of time efforts.
