I like this organization, because really its need a strong knowledge person to streamline the process in all the department.

Dislikes

This company is only suitable for fresher. It is not preferable for the experienced and corporate worked people since their is not systematic work flow. Their is no Bonus, No Increment, No systematic workflow, No Knowledge to fix the escalation, Particularly If you are leaving the company they will treat like enemies. If they terminate you their will not be any compensation salary (Notice Period Salary). 28 people left within one year, 5 hr left the job. Actually it is not like company. -Everything else -you work on saturdays as well -if you’re coming here to learn something then don’t, r&d is done by only a selected few, your opinion dosent mean squat so everything new / something worth learning wll always be done by the very same people, extreme language barriers,there are some who would avoid you that talk to you in English -don’t get me wrong ,all tech used here is a tad better than any mnc but you won’t get to learn much, would say you gotta learn it….wished experience worked like that...Read More

I joined as a Angular Developer, I worked 3 month in this company. I found all are fake people. I found few bad thing while working with this organisation. 1. Salary deductions every month 2. Startup for software development 3. Fake promises 4. Asked for one day resign I highly recommend, don’t join it’s west of time efforts.
