You need to be a puppet here to resist in the company. No heads will let you lead. Future promotions are quite weak. A tinch of toxicity is observed. No working management is implemented even though it's a listed company. Take a wise call before you join. A lot of things are kept unclear. Unhappy with the system. Unnecessary peoplewalk in for gyan distribution and preachings who are below par at your level and you are made to listen.
