Extreme bad management at the department level. The top management has good vision but the head of the department will never digest anything due to heavy Ego issues. The worst part management is supporting this. Also not good HR policies

The company wants to expanse with taking too many projects but most of the department heads are not upt mark and create toxic culture. The working policies are not good. It is very unclear. No proper formalities are completed. They are increasing probtion preiod unnecessary to avoid appraisals. Very mean HR and mgmt is also supporting.

You are made to forcefully comment on ambition box on the day of joining. Hence this 4.7 star. When it's time for appraisal, they will force you to resign by giving no valid reason. HR policies are extremely bitter and sour with Sugared layered on top

Likes are handful which are superseded by toxic people / heads / GM

Dislikes

You will be fired mid night without assigning a reason as ' A' designation. And some puppet will be hired in place of you called 'A 1' designation hiding the toxic people's mindset. And also to save current exisiting employees who are blind folded by the HR and it's policies.

The HR is a spoilt brat creating toxic work culture policies. Unethical moves and culture adopted. Most of the employees are resigning due to bad policies, biased work culture adoption. The management is under pressure to hire but HR is extremely unethical
