There is nothing to like about ARKAD. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.

Dislikes

Management is poor. You'll receive salary once every 2 months and 25 days. Finding a replacement for your position is your sole responsibility else you cannot go anywhere even when your contract expires. They don't accept resignation. They don't keep their word. The packages are also low compared to other Aramco contractors. The management is full of people with no experience at all....Read More

Generally speaking, my work is complex. The managers put me in any positions that they see is underperforming. This underperformance is due to the fact that none of their recruits have common management skills. I often end up multitasking for all deptmnts

I am a Saudi Aramco Approved Project Engineer with sound construction knowledge. I am a part of the Engineering team until we finishes the 90% detailed Engineering. Involves in various construction activities. Solve site problems as per site conditions

Poor higher management support, poor support from head office HR and Admin Depts, delayed payments for salaries by up to 3 to 4 months, no proper communication from management on salary payments. Here the technicians are the labours i lost my skill for the past two years please do not hire any skilled guys in to arkad please they will loose there life At the time of vacation also company not giving settilement and tickets and also salary delays
