Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

You can't be get your salary on time, you have to wait for your money for next 2-3 month You have to sign a leggaly contract (than you always be work on a fear and pressure environment ) . One of the worst experience of my life. They will fire you without giving PIP or any warning. With me 3 employees were fired same day. Whenever a person salary goes beyond their budget, They fire them. If you also planning to join in digital marketing, don't go there, they will give repeated task. They prefer those employees who can be their chamchas.
