I really love working at ARKA Softwares, people are friendly and helpful, hr 's are good always supportive, seniors are good, salary was on time, and everything was great. And great learning opportunities.

One of the worst experience of my life. They will fire you without giving PIP or any warning. With me 3 employees were fired same day. Whenever a person salary goes beyond their budget, They fire them. If you also planning to join in digital marketing, don't go there, they will give repeated task. They prefer those employees who can be their chamchas.
