Job security is too good. And even in case of corona time geting 150 percent bonuses. And yes all the things are good parks and all.and in corona time getting Friday half-day as well.

Work Details

There is no work life balance as the development teams always have poor planning and estimation processes which leads to spillovers thus impacting everyone. Also after this wfh in the name of flexibility many team members are unavailable
