Excessive Micro Management Mediocre work and Organization Managers and Leads are Biased(Almost whole team left). Egos are big than their character and knowledge. The management has adopted people first approach and has taken initiatives to provide job security to the employees. The company has also taken new measures such as introduction of marriage leaves, better coverage under medical insurance, health support initiatives providing relief in such difficult times.

Dislikes

There is no pay parity as many testers are underpaid and there is no initiative by the management to bring pay parity wrt industry standards.

Work Details

The job gets monotonous after a period of time and it is difficult to move across the teams.
