Company is good but only problem is the manager

Legal Manager, Jyoti, takes out her personal grudges in the team. Lacks basic ethics and work etiquettes. No professionalism. She never agress and tries to prove herself right all the time. Takes credit and when it comes to liabilty, she complains to management.. Poor knowledge

People development is not given any importance at all . With the changing pharmaceuticals industry, the organisation is stagnant to the old school of thoughts, which keeps the organisation outdated in many aspects

Leadership often lacked transparency, which affected team morale and trust. Employee development and growth opportunities were minimal, and there was little recognition for hard work.
