No strategies bcz no HR dept Not doing confirmation even after 2 years completion No increments bcz no confirmation High Team unstability , every 3-4 months colleagues are leaving organisation 0% job security , bcz they fired peoples bcz only those people bcz they doesn’t like even after they are on targets and completion 13-15years Overall it’s not employees oriented company
