Office decoration, cleanliness (HO) only.

Dislikes

Management is very poor. There is no HR policy. They changes roles & responsibility of an employee frequently. Sometimes they transfer to a far location so that employee leave the company. They do not force you to leave or terminate you.. they only transfer you to far away location so and makes you bound to leave. Like Kolkata location employee are being transferred to Ahmedabad, Nashik employees are transferred to Kolkata location. They do not give salary hike in case of transfer....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
