Everything, I am writing this review for Arihant Pump Pvt. Ltd. (Aroma Pump), Palanpur, Gujarat. don't join this company having a fraud owner. once this was a good company with great turnover but not anymore. boss Neil Shah is very greedy and a fraudster in nature. he never pays employees' salaries on time and without asking. he treats employees as a beggar in the matter of salary. employees have to plead for salary, have to beg for hard-earned salary. whenever any employee demands for salary he just gives fake promises and dates over dates daily. Any good skilled person can not do work here for more than six months. all good skilled employees have gone in nearest company duke pumps. some skilled person yet exist in the aroma in the marketing and sells department but they may also leave this company if such irregular salary systems are ignored. the company management is not ready to tell a fixed date for salary, and even after giving a date, the salary is not given on the date mentioned by them. you never get your salary if you don't continuously demand your salary approximately for 2 weeks or more like begging. whenever a shop floor worker demands their salary they give such an excuse "tu to September ki salary mang raha hai uski to june ki bhi nahi hui". this irregularity in salary is not due to company turnover; it's because owners use company earnings in their personal expenses and hold employees' salaries. they have scammed and cheated with many vendors and investors. so there is no regular supply of raw materials in the factory. they will ask you to bring more applicants with the same your work profile saying that there is a lot of work in R&D and want to distribute your workload. they will hire a new employee by you, they will distribute your half work to the new employee and when he/she learns your work then the boss will fire you and transfer your charge to a new employee who was hired by you, by just giving a salary increment lollipop to the new employee. whenever R&D work is over, new employees will also be fired. you will be fired upon completion of your work. there is no HR in this company because HR (Rinku) has resigned because of this system.
