Every person not feel secure in company because company owner Mr Parvesh jain is very pathetic person because he was fire any employee within a single minute without any solid reason and he was running his company on labour salary deducted amount. He was deducted big amount of every employee in a very small mistake lyk debit not . This is the wrong

The owner of the Company is ambitious and hard working and actually he have valid points always inerms of results.

The heads of marketing department vimal and brand Manager aman think that they are in this company from last 10 to 15 years. They owns this company. They think no one is going to caught them for whatever they do. They don't work. They ask others to work but never approves anything and also always say ye to ho hi nhi payega ... itne sal hogye is company mei ...hme pta hai hum try kr chuke hai ... even aman applies in other companies and show other employee.. dekho muje to milegi mai chala jaunga... but then continues the same bitching.
