In Arihant capital markets ltd i learned various things , like understand market , understanding requirements of customers providing required financial services to them , my senior and my teammates are awesome and very supportive . There is a nice growth here. I love to work here.

An area that could be improved is the work schedule on Saturdays. Even though it's a half day, overtime often extends the hours. Another issue is that some branches have Saturdays off, while others don't; that's kind of unfair.

The company is full of politics, they only promote and work with Jain people, they have PURCHASED great place to work certification, NOT EARNED. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO WORK. THE POSITIVE RATINGS HAVE BEEN GIVEN BY FRAUDULENT MANAGEMENT TO SHOWCASE FALSELY GOOD.

Arpit Jain is an immature fraudster fooling with clients and employees. The take money from clients and then lose them in wrong investments. They cheat on employees, work described and allotted is completely different and vague. They hold my 2 month salary and did not pay my full and final amount, their notice period is 3 months, dont join here at any cost.
