Likes

Higher management is very supportive and friendly. Payment wise also very good.

Dislikes

Lower management level is very poor not polite behaviour and higher management not receiving information exactly what happening in ground level.

1. Technical learning 2. Fixed pay 3. Internal trainings

Dislikes

1. Region and gender biased. 2. Founder driven. 3. Not great compensation and promotions in recent times 4. No process for HR or payroll functions. 5. Lack of appreciations. 6. Benefits to the employees who were there with them from start. 7. Exit process is pathetic as HR or payroll process is not automated. 8. Lack of professionalism.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
