1. Average Increment and increment will be provided after 6 months with arrers (if you leave the company before 6 month of increment, then no increment will be provided). 2. Bad management 3. If there is any issue/bug created by junior, the manager will make a big fuss about that and report to management, and if the same thing is done by manager, they will quietly fix the issue without notifying management. 4. Salary will be credited on the 7th of the month. But if on 7th is week off, than salary will be delayed 5. The previous owner has sold this company without notifying the employee, and now new management is firing the employee. (also new management bad decision make client go) 6. Have to submit working hours for hole 9 hours daily. And don't sit relaxed for an hour, if have no work on your projects. Assign different project works for complete 💯 working hours. This will effect your overall rating.
