It was very very very very very bad experience working with Archwell operations. Escrow management is the worst, specially Assistant Manager Arunkumar Venkatachala. Even if someone genuinely dies in your family and you go and approach him for emergency leaves he will still question you like who will take care of your team. He will call and discuss about the errors received yesterday when you are attending funeral of your family member. The worst experience of my whole career to work with this guy....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same.
