Yeah one of the best Pharma company in this sipcot. The QC staff are well trained person and if you have a any doubt you can ask them they will give a clear definition

Fully politics,there will be no increment s or bonus in right manner . There are just cheating workers by not giving money properly. In case we resign suddenly after two notice period they will not give our bonus amount , if we ask that as per company policy they will respond. How can they do that .This is not good place to learn or earn.
