Their training programs & township is the only good thing in this organization.

1. Very less compensation as per standards. 2. Only values outsourced engineers. They don't value their own employees at all. 3. Worst HR policies. HR Management needs to be changed on first priority. 4. You don't get the work as per your skills. No/very less technical growth at all. 5. Plant employees that is the core of any production company, are nit values here at all. Only management persons, Technical Services Dept, R&D dept persons are valued here. 6. In this company, your higher degree doesn't respected at all. B.Tech persons getting higher salary than the M.Tech that too from top IITs & NITs & that too for doing nothing. 7. New entrants & GETs are forced to do the laborious jobs, or something that doesn't suit their knowledge & skills at all. 8. Last but not the least, only in this MNC, you will find worst food & accomodation service & that too highly overpriced....Read More
