No shortage of manpower. You can take leave whenever you are in need. Working here is not like carrying a burden on head. It is a very cool place to work. No one will bother you until you are doing your Job well. Fellow employees will also support you until you are perfect at your work.

Very Less salary was given as GET, Very less increments for GET until you become Junior manager financial life is very tough.
