Training programmes for all levels of employees. Safety always considered first.

Forced resignations happening. Layoffs without any reasons. GETs been recruited where experienced workforce is required, resulting in heavy backlog of work and mental pressure to employees.

No salary increment from last four years,work life balance is not good becoz the shift timing is very pathetic,There is no Job security becoz they fire some people in every december before the time of increment,career growth & further oppourtunities is not good for new engineers, here the whole plant is run by Diploma holders ,so the Diploma people dont value your engineering Degree..
