If this company come to your college for placement, Just run for your life and do not enroll. They will hire you from reputed colleges to treat you like shit. Most unprofessional HRs are here. They will threaten you in the name of counseling. They will give you all kind of trauma and stress. Threaten you by saying "YOU ARE BEING WATCHED. " Basically in the name of meeting they will organise a "KHAP PANCHAYETI". Manager will not talk to directly, They will report you directly to the HRs. Manager don't have brain of own. Old department has still Essar mindset people, I think if Top Functional team of seperate department should be shuffle to ends the monopoly of Individual. Else Amns with new thoughts is quite Amazing to be honest. There are 1 or 2 people who are damaging whole department.

If you get deployed in location like gandhidham then its very challenging for you because you not even getting basic facilities. Work environment is worst there because their existing employees are not well knowledgeable and educated also they are not treating you as an engineer. You will not learning anything or also not getting skills with the time as compared to other locations
