Work culture is good , and good work environment. And more liked thing is work and personal life balance. And here is more scope to personal development. Lot of things to learn , and time to time salary credit.

Career growth is very slow , and yearly appraisal not much satisfied.

Salary, growth and promotion are not meant for the new one's i mean to say for engineers. Never join this group as engineer, you can join as a assistant manager with a big package. Employees wait for significant appraisal which has been become a dream. So it is better to join as mid level with hefty package which they give easily....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
