Compensation and benefit, If company finds your performance well then company gives bond to retain you. If you leave company within that time then you will have to repay whole earning!! There is no leave encashment. You may have to fight for leaves and at last if leaves not utilised then it's totally waste and no leave encashment provision.

Work Details

Overall experience is good! Seniors / team are good and friendly too. Management analyses the employee and give opportunity accordingly. For learning and skill development it's good company but for compensation and benefits you may have to think.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
