I have never seen such smooth and prompt actions from HR Team never before, they always helpful to resolve our issues 3. Salary- As per Kolkata Standerd, they offer really decent salary. 4. ARC having its big Game Zone in Kolkata office, which is really awesome and even they organize their Sports Carnival including internal Cricket/Football match every year 5. As I joined as an intern, I was introduced with the Job Culture by ARC in a very formal yet easy manner. Hence very happy to be an intern in this renowned MNC. Learning programming languages with the help of seniors is making my problems seem smaller.

My overall experience is very good. Management is very helpful specially the HR Team. They follow the open door policy so it easy to work with all the upper management. Senior VP is very helpful. I am learning many new things everyday.
