1) Horrible and unhealthy working environment, lot of the times your sits are unorganized due to someone's recklessness in the day timing 2) Health issue will be common thing due to this type of rotational shift, working in this type of dead environment and lot of work pressure throughout the year 3) NO Chance for Growth and increment even working for 4,5 years and night support employees are treated as underground thugs over here. 4) Horrible E-Commerce management and marketing, nobody knows who buys their worthless products 5) Politics in every department, especially in middle management 6) You can be fired anytime without prior notice.
