1) Workplace is a nightmare with very toxic management and unhealthy politics, nepotism. The whole office will know anything even if you scratch your head as management people here love to gossip and spread rumors causing mental torture. 2) Everybody has problems, and they exploit everyone to stop their growth without considering the positive value of employees. 3) use and throw mentality of unfit and worst qualified management treating people like trash 4) Lot of people just goes missing from company suddenly, nobody knows who is going to get fired next day as it depends on the mood of rusty and low mentality of management. 5) work pressure and stress is very high, mindless midnight meetings for no point is a regular thing here. 6) Their product and e-commerce site are an awful mess. Only unaware people buy this low quality and highly priced items which breaks a lot during the delivery process, so a lot of customer complains needs to be handled while dealing with a rotten and vicious boss. 7) Interns are hired by giving false motivation speeches and expected to work as seasoned professionals and they are given too much activities without proper guidance from manager 8) Putting in efforts is useless here as Talented hard-working employees' credit will be stolen so that manager can Favour and promote their buttering non deserving team members 9) Top management will monitor your every move and highlight every mistake every single minute you spend here, and you have to be always available in day and night even you are an intern, if you can't manage then they will find ways to use small things for big escalation against you and put you down as low as possible but they will ignore the positive things as per their convenience. 10) Be careful, Management can fire you on spot if you even try to discuss growth prospects or increment for your hard work. Will get some good opportunity to learn new technology and concepts, with the right attitude. The main thing was colleagues and the managers. Apart from a few exceptions, every single manager was very easy to work with. Most important of all, the job had stability.

Dislikes

People working in the technical support departments are considered like "lower rungs" of the ladder and the salary and the annual hike is dismal. Given the work load and that most of the support teams work at night. The salary offered, doesn't do justice at all. Also, the chances of inter-departmental switch is pretty tough.

1.ACs doesn't work at all. 2. Coffee machine area is always dirty 3. Have to call admin people for water and other basic things. 4.Desk are not clean. 5.Water bottles are dirty, they don't change the water regularly. 6. Office is full of cockroach, they don't schedule for deep cleaning . 7. Manager doesn't have technical knowledge.Shows partiality and favouritism towards his favourite employees. 8. Managers are pets of management who only barks when management tell them to bark. 9. They will fire you without any prior notice even you are good performing employee. 10. They use out dated technologies and there is absolutely no scope of development or learning in this company. 11. They will not give your appraisal saying the company is not earning enough money and they can't give you the money that you have worked hard for the entire year. 12. Appraisal and confirmation are always delayed. 13. You never get appreciated for your work. 14. You can't take your own earned leaves whenever you want. 15. The vp is South Indian and have no respect for his employees. 16. The HR and admin teams always gossip with each other and don't do any actual work. 17. Poor cyber security awareness in the company and the security manager has no technical knowledge. 18. They prohibit you from using your mobile phones and fire you on the basis of CTO's choice. 19. As an employee of ARC each day is new learning. Able to work as we want. Able to learn what we want. Able to implement new technology to improve the development. Till I worked here only limitations is employee themselves. Other than that lot of learning parallel on multiple technology. Seniors help juniors at there(junior) convenience.

Work-life balance was an issue. Other than if you love technology U will love to work.

1. If you really want to work with latest Technology then ARC is the best, you will hardly find a good software Product Company in Kolkata like ARC!!! 2. I have never seen such smooth and prompt actions from HR Team never before, they always helpful to resolve our issues 3. Salary- As per Kolkata Standerd, they offer really decent salary. 4. ARC having its big Game Zone in Kolkata office, which is really awesome and even they organize their Sports Carnival including internal Cricket/Football match every year 5. Colleagues are very much helpful and work culture is good 6. Job stability is there, they celebrate tenure appreciations every year which means ARC awarded the employees who have completed their 5 and 10 years in the organization 7. I) NO Job security as people can be fired casually anytime by most unfair and unfit management II) Pointless Meetings happening all time even at midnight III) Favoritism, office drama and politics is always happening IV) Juniors are guided vaguely and always used as scapegoat by seniors to take all blame and treated the worst way possible V) Top management monitors each and everything of employees and finds out their mistakes to point out later and ridicule them VI) No appreciation or growth for deserving and hardworking people instead their accomplishments are neglected ultimately stolen by favoured people. VII) Lot of interns are hired and fired in frequent manner and given huge amount of work responsibilities for cost cutting purposes. 1) zero job security, employees are forced to resign secretly anytime without prior notice 2) awful management , full of boundaryless mind numbing politics here to deal with. 3) top management manipulates and use people by false speech and fake promises 4) management put their noses in people's personal life and they keep record of every single mistake employee makes in their list for eternity without considering their positive contributions so that they can fire them easily anytime or stop their growth by highlighting their past mistakes. 5) managers will not guide juniors properly and manipulate every report to push their favourites to the high , if you are not on of them then no matter how good you are, it's pointless. 6) people can work here consistently good for years but no increment or growth given here . 7) no work life balance and they try to replace people if they find a microscopic fault in them 8) they hire interns in bulk to get their labour's and work done in low investment so that they can throw them out later without much hassle. There is lots of things which an employee dislike about a origination and ARC is one of them. 1. There is no documentation provided by the team for the project you are work on. 2. They have policy to fire a employee whenever they want without any prior notice. 3. They do not consider paid leave as a part FNF 4. There is lots of office politics inside management.
