I enjoy working at Arai Infotech as it helped me improve in every aspect. The environment fosters continues growth , especially in expanding my knowledge and skills . Making it a truly rewarding experience.

Dislikes

Itanything I'd say the fast paced environment can feel a bit overwhelmed sometimes, but i see it an opportunity to grow and adapt quickly.

Working at Arai infotech has been an amazing experience. The work culture here is highly collaborative. There's a great balance between challenging work and supportive environment. Flexible work hour and healthy work life balance is a plus point.

Dislikes

The pace can sometime be fast, which might be overwhelming for beginners. But it also helps build resilience and adaptability.

The company culture is collaborative, and the management genuinely cares about the growth and well-being of its employees. As the company is still growing and expanding, there can be some minor challenges in terms of processes and organization, but it's great to see management being open to feedback and actively working on improvements

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
