Xilligence have good clients, the clients are friendly so helpful and considerate. I felt so comfortable working with them. Xilligence provides work life balance like no other. They dont mind when you come and when you go.

Dislikes

There is no promotions, i see several people working in the same role without position change There is no growth. If you are into say .net and you wanna transit into angular they absolutely cannot provide as you are billed for .net. Same learning opportunities are limited if you are with a skill while entering you will the same amount skill set while leaving There is no fixed appraisal cycles. People will get appraisal if there is a bulk transition. No performance analysis people who gets salary are the ones who are in good books of the employer Internal politics is a headache you should be careful to whom you share your professional concerns to....Read More

Arackal provided great work life balance. There isnt any salary or career developement. Its not fit for long run as you will be doing same tasks over and over again. It can be place for a fresher as they dont expect much salary and rapid career grow
