Good work environment and culture. Teamwork’s are supportive and the management is transparent. The company policies are good.

There is a political issue and the management should take necessary remedial action against the culprits.

The job is good, I struggle initially stage after getting through it I manage my self on the job. Then later on with my good performance I got promoted.

This is my first company outside my home country and I wish this should be my last company when I retire. In spite of multi nationalities working, our company maintains excellent culture which everyone feels home.

Work Details

in 10 YEARS of experience most of the days were exciting and innovative for me. Management encouraged me to provide training to my own colleagues internally, which went well down the line and appreciated.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
