Nothing. No job security. No prospect of growth. Senior executives pay themselves well but other staff are paid the same as 10 years previous - not even annual inflation salary reviews to reflect increase in cost of living. Company policies? Well those are applied on you depending on how high the structure you are and if they like you!

Everything. The company hires and fires staff routinely by the CEO, advised by the senior Financial executive. On many occasions, staff previously fired are rehired and many times fired again! Work pattern throughout the company is fire fighting and haphazard, from top senior executives to junior staff - clearly led by example! There is no investment in staff development nor any opportunities to grow. Staff morale is very low which begs the question as to how the senior Financial and HR executive have not implemented a HR strategy by now - failure across the piece. Many junior staff are not treated with respect in return for their hard work, commitment and loyalty. At many times senior executives (e.g. Financial executive) heavily relies on junior staff to produce excellent piece of financial evaluation and report and the Financial executive will present it to his peers like it's his own work! Unless you are close in with CEO (and owner) or other owners, your pay will be poor at best and appalling at worse.
