You can easily be vocal about your ideas and they will be heard and implemented to the best. Campus is really cool and the work culture is amazing. You have to freedom to work your own way as long as the work is being done.

Work and Office culture is fantastic hence I worked in some company but I liked it much that previous. Employees are very helpful and polite.
