Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Target issues Sometimes they take our money for no reason because of their mistakes for compensating leaves..also they don't give us back in the next month.BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE,WE LOST OUR MONEY. No incentives No team outing, we don't know how much stress we will get through when they pressure us. No cabs, at first they ll say, they give you cab, but no. No growths If ur an executive, you ll be executive for all the years. Team leaders force you to complete the job, even if u can't able to complete. Company cannot step back even if they formulated a wrong workflow pattern like a intelligence routing and SHDA as they invested money in. I like the environment before it all started

Dislikes

As I said, poor workflow management and they cannot pay for what you work. Deduction for everything, loss of pay if you are not meeting the daily target even you achieved monthly target... you have to beg your manager for attendance regularization every month, which he does not do..
