The Boss. Very skilled and dynamic. An aesthete and open-minded person. Then, the infrastructure, guidance of experienced seniors, serious environment and reputed cliente are other perks.

No travel tours and appreciation outings.

Pressure is high but the work is exciting. May be because I love advertising, may be because of helpful seniors (some).
