Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. No office culture, no job security, stressful working culture, they not following working hours in the evening and weekends, we have forgot family, health conscious, entertainment and friendship with colleagues also before joining there. Worst working culture with full of politics and they don't need smart or hard worker instead they wanted to recruit flock of sheeps.
