If one is into exploring all the nooks of the department that you work for, ine can truly experience everything but in the process, everyone else will simply let go of all the work and the whole work load will fall on you - the person who now took interest to study everything. There’s no ine to monitor such instances either.

Dislikes

The H.R ( Mr. Manoj ) is a terrible person to begin with. He’s sort of like a dictator. He never side with the supervisor in charge when a dispute arises- although the supervisor was in the right just because his principle is that the junior level staff should be happy in their workplace - it’s just terrible management.

hide example Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees
