The projects are good to have technical growth

HR Policies, weak project Management, unnecessary expenses, low hikes, processes don't make sense many times, Less skilled managers and architects. And offcourse the job security is almost non-existentant.

1. Very poor leadership team like lokesh Kaushik and Amitabh mathur in India as they terminate one pregnant lady at 6 months of pregnancy and ask to relocate in one day from Pune to Chennai 2. worst department culture. Even Top level people also do like this. North Indian people too dominate tamil people. Never encourage your idea. If escalate your problem to top level people they did't take any action. daily i have lot of disappointment with their behavior. My advise never choose this company.
