I think, there are everything too good but if company required to stay a manpower for other shift then he has to stay . It's compulsory . I think this rule has every company.

Good work environment and culture. There is good co-ordination between team members and very co-operative. Company policies are good and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is very interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learn everything on the job. I got a chance to learn many things, where I had no experience in this field earlier. Totaly I enjoyed job in Denso.
